Overview
Creating a property is just the beginning. When it’s time to tweak the details, like uploading new photos, updating descriptions, or making last-minute changes, DoorLoop makes it fast and simple. Especially if you’re listing a unit online, keeping your info fresh is key. Here’s how to do it in just a few clicks.
The Steps
To edit a property's information, click Rentals on the main menu and then click Properties.
Find and click on the property you want to edit.
Once on the property, click the Settings tab and then click General Information.
On the Edit Property window, you can edit the following:
GENERAL INFORMATION
Property Name
Address
Description
PHOTOS
Here is where you can upload photos and rearrange photos
PROPERTY TYPE
Here is where you can select the type of property this is (Note that only residential properties can be listed online)
AMENITIES
Click the checkboxes of all the amenities included in the unit
PET POLICY
Select whether or not pets are allowed or not
If allowed, enter details of the types of pets allowed and any restrictions
Click Save to finish.
That's all there is to edit the Property information. Remember, you will need to fill in all this information if you are planning to list any of the units located on this property. For more information on what needs to be filled out for online listings, click here.

Note: If you encounter the "We couldn't verify the address" error when editing your property information, it means that the address you entered could not be verified by our address verification system. You can use a verification system like Smarty to help enter the correct address.
If you still think the address is correct, go ahead and click the "Use this address anyway" link. Be aware that this can cause issues if you are trying to list the property with our listing partners.
